(I live in Eastern Canada) I can report that ordering a 16Gb SSD probably does not make any difference to wait times, as my order includes the 16Gb upgrade. I think it's about time Dell came clean on this, as they are still conducting an aggressive ad campaign for the mini 9. I have now waited almost 7 weeks for delivery of a mini 9.
