The Netbook Dell Inspiron Mini 9, will be on offer, from shopping malls in the Carrefour chain starting from 27 October.

For 299 euros, less than requested by the e-shop Journal Dell, you can take home a Inspiron Mini 9 with Intel Atom N270 CPU, screen 8.9-inch disk from 8Gb SSD and Ubuntu Linux preinstalled.

The offer is good, because it will be possible to see in person the first Netbook to buy it (which is obviously not possible in the online shop), by considering only the quality of the material, to find the center nearest Carrefour to us, just visit this section of the site Carrefour.it

In this regard: on the Carrefour site I have found out about, but you know by chance if Carrefour joins the beginning of the PC government CoCoCo x?
Because of a problem that Dell is not sold in stores, in fact it is impossible to buy them with this incentive.
Do remember that much of the success dell'eeePC in Italy is also due to this incentive is not the few people who have bought a eee701 100 euro at the time, regularly clear this type of equipment to the general public.
Advice: if you did a survey in this regard I think it would be a very popular article on your site :-)

@ qwerty: look, unfortunately I got a notification yesterday, part of eprice (which is an affiliate of eeepc.it shop) where we talk about the end of the state contribution for co.co.co owing to the fund allocated and consequently all promotions related to it.

Hello to all. Bought yesterday at Carrefour Portogruaro (VE). Excellent purchase. Available black only. Faces partition limited to 4GB (tested at home). At the end of the promotion and delivery charges, I saved nearly 50 euros. Not bad to say. Mandi.

There 'just black ... I have taken today and I like very much! :)
in italy we do not have a 4 gig ... if you have the problem of partitioning, you can update ubuntu and six in place, or do it manually. I had no problem!

salve ragazzi, from complete layman I would understand something in terms of HD.
Because I like a casino, however, I would understand why HD has a capacity so low, that is 8GB
More mini laptops on the market have much higher capacities (from 80 up to 160GB, at least those that I saw).
Eventually I want to change the operating system then I would have done?
I trust in your knowledge, I look at the aesthetics and for me it is THE number 1.

@ Mimmo: the disk of the Dell Inspiron Mini is not a traditional hard disk, SSD is a hard, so the capabilities are so different. If you do not know the differences between the two, a simple search on google solves all doubt, since we are talking about differences between SSD and hard disks traditional HDD for some time now.
For the operating system, of course, you can change it.
